Garden City Runners is a club of active runners and joggers. Subscription is just £20 per year. Come down to any of our training sessions on Tuesday or Thursday evenings at 6.30pm and run with us.
GCR organise beginners’ courses several times a year. Click on the above link for details of our next course. This group meets on Tuesday evening at Ridgeway Academy Sports Centre . It provides support to novice joggers and runners including walk/run sessions for those on the first rung (or those just starting out). The group is very sociable: chat and laughter are as important as the running!
