Mid-Week League
This is a summer road-racing league in which we compete against some of the other local running clubs in and around Herts. There are two divisions and we are currently in the top division. Each race is around 10km distance, with all abilities taking part.

Thurs 5th May - Fairlands Valley Spartans

Tues 7th June - Garden City Runners
Thurs 30th June - St. Albans Striders
Mob Match
13th or 14th July - Trent Park (Hosts: Trent Park and Barnet & District)
