Our mission: fun running and sound race training for new and experienced runners.

Try our new beginners’ course

GCR organise beginners’ courses several times a year. Email runleaders@gardencityrunners.org.uk for details of our next course. This group meets at 6.30pm on Tuesday evening at Sir Fredric Osborn School Sport Centre . It provides support to novice joggers and runners including walk/run sessions for those on the first rung (or those just starting out). The group is very sociable: chat and laughter are as important as the running!
