Sunday Cross Country League
This is a local friendly winter league against some of the other running clubs in Herts. GCR has cone especially well in this league in the past few years, and this year was no exception. At the end of the final race in Watford, we walked away with the trophies for Men's, Ladies, and Masters teams, as well as a number of individual honours.
